The perfect meal to hit the spot on a cold day. The addition of seafood really elevates each ingredient creating a flavourful and effortless comfort dish.  Ingredients: 2 lobster bodies (head) 1/2 cup dried scallops 10 pieces of prawns (chopped to 1 cm pieces) 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger 1 cup rice 8 cups water 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 cup chopped green onion salt to taste Instructions: Rinse dried scallops and soak in warm water for about 30 - 40 minutes Combine lobster bodies, rice, and water into a medium-size pot, turn to high heat and bring to a boil Reduce heat to medium and cover the pot halfway to ensure nothing boils over - cook for 30 minutes Mix...

Spaghetti Alle Vongole

A classic simple recipe that highlights the sweetness and fresh taste of Manila Clams.   Ingredients: 2 - 3 lbs Manila clams 400 g dried spaghetti 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) 4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced) 1/2 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley (chopped) 1/4 cup white wine 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) Sea salt and black pepper to taste Instructions: Bring a large pot of water lightly seasoned with salt to a boil over high heat. Coconut Curry Mussels with Lemongrass

This recipe has the perfect hit of flavour to elevate the sweetness of the mussels.
