Mark your calendars, B.C. Spot prawn season starts May 5th! B.C. spot prawns are the largest of the seven commercial species of shrimp found on the west coast of Canada. As one of B.C.'s most well-known delicacies, they are famous for their sweet, delicate flavour and firm texture.
