Exclusive to the Lobster Man, these oysters are named after Okeover Inlet, where they are grown, Okeover oysters have a deep rippled cup with olive green highlights They are tray-grown and beach-hardened, making them easy to shuck. Their flavour is delectably fresh with a pleasing cucumber finish.
