These premium cultured Pacific Scallops are one of the largest scallops in the world. They are known for their large sized meat that is ivory in colour, tender in texture, with a sweet, succulent flavour.
Trick: In a skillet/pan with melted butter over medium heat, the scallops should be fully cooked in about 3-4 minutes (about 2 minutes on each side). You’ll know they’re done when they’re firm and opaque.
There's approximately 3-4 pieces per 1 lb and 95–110 mm shell length.
