Start a new holiday tradition with a festive and fun Seafood Boil. Everything you need but the pot. We will provide the seafood, veggies, and seasoning, you just dump it into a pot an boil. Enough for 2-4 people. 

  1. 1.5 - 2 lb Dungeness crab - Live/Whole
  2. 1.5 - 2 lb Atlantic Lobster - Live/Whole
  3. 2lbs Manila clams - Live
  4. 2lbs Saltspring Mussels -Live
  5. Cajun Sausage
  6. 1 lb Shrimp - Frozen
  7. Potatoes & Corn on the cob

All items are un-cooked.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut 2 lemons into quarters. Slice another lemon into wedges and reserve the wedges for garnish.
  • Fill a large pot with 14-16 cups of water. Place the 2 quartered lemons in the water along with the Old Bay seasoning, 6-8 cloves of garlic smashed, and the quartered onion. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Add the lobster and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the clams, crab, and corn, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp, mussels, and sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain the seafood mixture from the pot, reserving 1 cup of the broth.
  • Melt 3 TBSP butter in a small bowl and whisk it into the reserved broth. Pour the broth over the seafood mixture.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning to taste, then serve immediately.
