Start a new holiday tradition with a festive and fun Seafood Boil. Everything you need but the pot. We will provide the seafood, veggies, and seasoning, you just dump it into a pot an boil. Enough for 2-4 people.
- 1.5 - 2 lb Dungeness crab - Live/Whole
- 1.5 - 2 lb Atlantic Lobster - Live/Whole
- 2lbs Manila clams - Live
- 2lbs Saltspring Mussels -Live
- Cajun Sausage
- 1 lb Shrimp - Frozen
- Potatoes & Corn on the cob
All items are un-cooked.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cut 2 lemons into quarters. Slice another lemon into wedges and reserve the wedges for garnish.

Fill a large pot with 14-16 cups of water. Place the 2 quartered lemons in the water along with the Old Bay seasoning, 6-8 cloves of garlic smashed, and the quartered onion. Bring to a boil.

Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for 8 minutes.

Add the lobster and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the clams, crab, and corn, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp, mussels, and sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Drain the seafood mixture from the pot, reserving 1 cup of the broth.

Melt 3 TBSP butter in a small bowl and whisk it into the reserved broth. Pour the broth over the seafood mixture.

Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning to taste, then serve immediately.
