In-store and curbside pick up is available for all orders. 

Don't feel like going anywhere? We've made it even easier to have live seafood at your doorsteps! Just select your area for delivery upon check out. 

Currently, we only offer shipping and deliveries within Canada. 

Options are available to pack for travel (includes insulated styrofoam box and an ice gel pack) for both pick up and delivery orders, please just let us know when ordering.

 The Lobster Man offers secure, reliable shipping through Air Canada Cargo Service and WestJet for our customers in Canada. All orders will needs to be packed for travel, cost will vary depending on the size of your order. All additional charges will be included in your total shipping quote. 

Canadian customers using our shipping option are required to pick up their shipment at the destination airport. An air waybill number will be provided for real-time tracking of your shipment. Please contact us at info@lobsterman.com or call (604) 687-4531 to receive a shipping quote and/or to place your order.

Due to US customs regulations, we are currently not able to ship products to the USA. People traveling to the USA and wishing to bring products with them on their flights may be allowed to do so but they may be subject to duty and brokerage fees by US customs. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with US customs about specific rules for importing our products to the USA.

Returns

Your feedback is always appreciated. If you have concerns with your order, please contact us at info@lobsterman.com or call us at (604) 687-4531 as soon as you receive it and let us know your concerns. Depending on the issue, we will let you know how we will resolve your concerns. 

Given the nature of the products, we do not provide a return policy. Credits or refunds must be requested within 24 hours of receipt. Pictures of how the product(s) in question will expedite the credit process and may be necessary to better resolve the issue. Receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. 

We reserve the right to conduct an investigation into claims that are potentially fraudulent. Please do not discard any of the product or packaging until you are completely satisfied with the product.
